Take for instance, as the founder and first elected President for the International Student Union at Zhejiang Normal University, China, he teamed up with Vice-President Alex Osipov from Russia, Secretary Silvia Losiana from Indonesia and other students from Mexico, Tanzania, Ghana, Poland and Argentina, to turnt he dark image of international students in the university into a strong and formidable academic oriented group. They organized more than 2 dozen programs and activities in a year that tackled academic, social and international issues. As a result, student’s grades improved by 16% while student activities skyrocketed by 80% in 2  years.

Bello is currently working in Beijing, China, as a curriculum consultant and international lecturer. He designed a modern English curriculum for the school, trained new teachers and provided a standard and model for instruction, assessment and goals for the teachers and students.
